Recipe Of The Day
Sunshine Toast
Ingredients:
2 to 3 tablespoons of butter1 slice of bread
1 egg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Use something small and with a round edge (like a glass or a cookie-cutter) to cut a hole out of the center of your bread. Don't discard the cutout. Begin melting your butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Toast your bread and cutout on one side in the pan until golden. Don't turn your heat up. You'll risk burning your bread and butter. Turn your bread to the other side as well as your round cutout. Melt a tiny bit of butter in the bread hole, crack the egg directly into the hole and cook until the egg is set to your preference. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the toasted cutout.
Is Demi Moore heading towards relapse?
Los Angeles: Actress Demi
Moore has sparked fears that she is heading towards relapse and will
need treatment for substance abuse and an eating disorder for the second
time.
Moore`s estranged husband Ashton Kutcher filed for divorce Friday, more than a year after their split in November 2011.
After they split, Moore had checked into rehab for an eating disorder and substance abuse issues. The actress is reportedly plunging into depression after her three daughters -- Rumer, 24, Scout, 21, and Tallulah, 18 -- cut contact with her because of her hard partying.
"The girls want Demi to pull herself together, act her age and stop carrying on like some teenage party girl. But Demi just refuses to give up the lifestyle that once made her happy, even though it now just amplifies her loneliness," a source told radaronline.com.
"She`s determined to find young love again and is at a loss as to why she is still single. On top of having no love life, her daughters have once again turned their backs on her -- she just feels so alone, and that feeling is made all the worse as Christmas approaches," the source added.
Moore`s friends are worried that she is depressed again.
"Demi feels so alone in the world. Her mom and step dad are both dead... and although she has three step-siblings - she hasn`t spoken to them in 30 years! And her half brother James is in jail for 10 years for assaulting his girlfriend so there is no one for her to spend the holidays with. It`s going to be another sad and lonely time for Demi," said an insider.
"Demi`s friends are worried she will be so down over the holidays that she may relapse, and they no longer know what to do to help her," he said.

Nicole Kidman: Sex was vital in new movie
Nicole Kidman has explained why the sex scenes were so important in her new movie.
The actress’ latest role sees her play plucky American journalist Martha Gellhorn, widely regarded as one of the greatest war correspondents of the 20th century. Martha was also the third wife of American novelist Ernest Hemingway, and the TV film Hemingway & Gellhorn focuses on their turbulent relationship. Nicole believes the intimate scenes between the two lead characters are crucial to the storyline.
'I can see why Martha falls in love with Hemingway. He is a great teacher, and she is inspired by him,' Nicole told British newspaper The Telegraph. 'When they first meet, they have such a provocative relationship – and that is very stimulating for her. They have enormous chemistry. It’s palpable. That’s one of the reasons why the sex scenes are so important in this film.'
During the movie, Martha is seen struggling to be the perfect housewife to please Ernest – played by Clive Owen - as she harbours a desire to return to the war zone.
She eventually accepts a job to cover the Russian invasion of Finland, and that decision puts a fatal strain on their marriage, which ended in 1945 after five years.
Nicole is thrilled that director Philip Kaufman decided to tell Martha’s story.
'Unfortunately, history has simply put Gellhorn down as the third wife of Hemingway. That was very frustrating for her,' Nicole explained. 'Martha was so feisty and had such strong opinions. She had such disdain when anyone asked about Hemingway – ‘I have told you all these extraordinary war stories, and all you want to talk about is Hemingway!’
'Martha was the first female war correspondent to go into that man’s world. She put her backpack on, travelled to Spain [to cover the Spanish Civil War], went toe to toe with the men and found her voice.'
